This article relates to the Canadian Wildlife Series of silver bullion coins released by the Royal Canadian Mint, who are located in Canada.
The series is technically still part of the overall Canadian Maple Leaf Series of silver bullion coins, however has earned a standing in its own right.
The Canadian Wildlife Series began in 2011 with the Canadian 2011 Silver Timber Wolf.
A strange fact about this series is that it will feature 2 coins for each year, unlike most other series which only have 1. There will be a total of 6 coins released, the last 2 being released for 2013.

In 2006 there was a 1/2oz Silver Timber Wolf released as a special edition coin in the Canadian Silver Maple Leaf Series, although this is not technically a Canadian Wildlife Series coin, it is best placed on this page.
